Remote Health Check Review
Contact us and we will send you a free Health Check questionnaire. Once complete return to us and one of our expert HR consultants will review and then arrange with you a 30 min Free health check review and feedback session. This will give you an overview of any positives, challenges and risks to your business, along with ideas and proposals to address any concerns.
In house Health Check Review
For a more in-depth assessment, one of our experienced HR consultants will visit your business to conduct a comprehensive review of your documents, policies, processes, technology, and HR team.
Following the review, we will provide a detailed report, presentation and People Plan to your leadership team, outlining your HR health status along with recommendations, people plan guidance and support options.
We will provide this service for a fixed fee of £150.
