This service is FREE of charge and involves an hour and half remote call between your HR representatives and one of our experienced HR consultants. We will explore your operation and check the policies, processes and technology you currently have in place. We will review an agreed selection of paperwork and then send you a detailed follow up report indicating the HR health status of your business with recommendation and support options for any areas we believe you could improve or hold risk for you.

For this more detailed review one of our HR Consultants would come to your business and carry out a robust review of you documents, policies, processes, technology and HR people. We will provide a report and presentation to your leadership teams with a health check status report along with recommendations and support options. This service also includes one free support session following the report which will align with an area of challenge. This may be a training session for HR staff, managers or even policy or template creation.
